Just an old guy who hails from Vicksburg, MS, USA, although I am from southeast Louisiana. I have been into Cajun/Creole cooking all my life. I’ll probably make a pot of alligator spaghetti in a few days.

We didn’t have computers when I was in school, so that came into my life a bit later. All we had in high school was typing class. I spent ~30 years as a I.T. professional in the Mississippi riverboat casinos. I am recently retired.

While I haven’t lived there in decades I graduated from Slidell High School back in '86.
Stepfather worked for Martin Marietta, Michoud.

I’m from a little town called Kentwood, LA. It used to be famous for its Kentwood Spring Water. Nowadays, it’s famous for Britney Spears. I would rather have the water.
