I am just a regular guy. Okay maybe not so regular ( or am I ? ) I am a pre 1933 non 14th amendment private American Citizen ( not to be confused with offensive terminologies such as sovereign citizen or sovcit as those are discriminatory defamatory terms used to sidestep the 14th amendment's equal protections clause in violation and in denial of Civilian Due Process ) and I am a forward thinking and freedom minded Man who is a private, living, and breathing, sentient Created being, not created by the STATE, not created by the UNITED STATES, not created by the US, nor by any corporation but instead by my biological parents and by the Creator of all manifested reality. I love to learn and I love topics related to privacy, security, and overall I try to stay a bit ahead of the curve. I used to use Linux Mandrake way back when, and I have always been a fan as I absolutely LOVED the distro. For years I've tried other distros and have become proficient in all of them but after the recent software wokeness and wackiness of the GNOME foundation, Redhat, IBM, Linux Foundation, and many many others, I have returned to OpenMandriva as the successor of LinuxMandrake. I do like Slackware although it is a bit dated for me and as I mentioned I am forward thinking. 

 I am a foreign national also referred to as a state national aka a private state Citizen separate from the federal situs. That pretty much sums me up. I am the living agent, authorized representative, POA, and beneficiary for any legal entity who uses this forum or any service on the internet and through usufruct I have right of usage and retain beneficial right of usage. I am one of the people specified in the preamble to the Constitution for the united states of America as well as the united states for America and also specified in Lansing v Smith, The People v Herkimer, Gentleman, Company, and One 4 Cowen, and Cruden v Neale. 

 I reserve all of my rights with explicit reservation, without prejudice, without recourse, on the land, sui juris, as a private and living man of sound mind, clear head, and of the age of majority. All comments and statements made by me, myself, I, are protected under the 1st amendment and by my God given rights which are guaranteed by the Honorable Bill of Rights and conferred upon me by my Creator and which are also protected by the UNITED STATES Constitution and by the Constitution of the Texas Republic.
