What is your favorite browser?

I also like Brave, it has some nice features (relatively well working ad-blocker for example) but also the way it works.
So yeah: Brave

Other than that I keep checking out the new ones from time to time to see if anything springs up.

None of them. Until I switched to OpenMandriva, I was primarily using LibreWolf. At, the moment I’m using Chromium. I just switch between them depending on what I’m doing.

firefox with NoScript

Firefox and Floorp. Sometimes I also use Falkon, so that’s 3 Fs for me  . Chromium browsers don’t cut it for me as they are 95% developed by Google, with all their privacy offending “features” like flock, manifest v3 (crippling ublock origin and other extensions) and whatnot. And lately dragging the pitiful Linux Foundation into their shenanigans due to the fear of losing Chrome because of their monopoly practices.

For me it’s also Brave.

Brave daily use. Firefox for browsing i2p from time to time or test new web apps. but I moved away from Firefox when they started advocating for more censorship online back in 2020.

Mostly Brave or Opera. But always keeping Firefox due hardware video acceleration enabled by default.

Brave though I’m curious about Ladybird (a new backend for those who haven’t heard of it).

This is what I’ve been using, but I use the Firedragon fork of FLOORP. (like the theming)

for Chromium, I use Vivaldi.

I agree - the Manifest V3 crap is why I lately spend most of my time in Zen or Firedragon. Vivaldi is a fine browser and can be setup with the vertical tabs like Zen/Firedragon, even has decent ad blocking by default.

But it can’t compare to uBlock. And uBlock does not work with Manifest V3.

I just discovered Zen today. It looks like a good option for tiling window managers.

Firefox since 25 years but I am looking to get rid of it now for obvious reasons.
