Upgrading from previous OpenMandriva Lx 2014.2 to OpenMandriva Lx 3

Hi,
I tried to Upgrade OpenMandriva Lx 2014.2 to OpenMandriva Lx 3 by following the instructions given

commands I executed

urpmi.removemedia -a
urpmi.addmedia --distrib --mirrorlist ‘http://downloads.openmandriva.org/mirrors/openmandriva.3.0.i586.list’
urpmi --auto --auto-select --replacefiles 2>&1 | tee /root/upgrade.log

some errors were generated saying some packages can not remove. but commands were executed.
I reboot the system. Did not updated to OpenMandriva Lx 3 but booted OpenMandriva Lx 2014.2.

now i can not install any software or MCC does not work.
I get this error.

Welcome to the forum Pujitha, this is clearly a bug, please file a bug report after reading:

And it is reccommended to include in any bug report ‘omv-bug-report.log.xz’. Instructions for doing this:
