a critical update is needed for discourse, in theory all should go well, but we never know, it’s a big update.
Seriously, it should be a matter of 5 minutes unless something is blocked, it can be up to 1 hour.
However, there is no rush, we can wait the better moment for it, ie not just after or before a release 
Please tell me when you consider I can make update, what day and at what time (I can almost all day, but not between 22:00 UTC to 05:00UTC.
