Are you guys building the TDE packages or does trinity have a OMV repo?

Both, but their packages are broken. We used their repo briefly and then started migrating and refactoring their recipes into our build farm so we can build for arches like aarch64, etc…

I think I will leave that up to the user. TDE already comes with themes. If someone wants something that looks like Q4OS, they can install the theme, or Q4OS.

but Trinity is an tricky task to customize , it still has ancient /opt/ subfolders for icons etc.
A dedicated package would probably be a few config files , and would help users to appreciate Trinity
Nothing stops you from putting the resources in a git repo and sharing it in Desktop Art. It does have a theme installer.
