I didn’t think to try that. Since I’ve reverted to doing what I’ve always done which is to have administrator be and and have same password for admin and . Works just fine for me and simpler.

I think, I solved the problem for my environment by creating a first user account called admin and giving him the same password as root.
After the installation I create the normal users manually. In this case system sensitive task will always be done with the root/admin password and I don’t have to guess if a wheel or root password is needed.
