Something in testing repo seems very borked

I don’t know which package or packages want to remove all this stuff:

So I’m going to disable testing repos and wait and see what’s going on.

Looks like this is cause by ‘lib64sodium23-1.0.15-1-omv2015.0.x86_64’.

So until I know more that one goes in skip.list. And testing repos can again be enabled.

I can confirm. Some packages need to be rebuilt after libsodium update.

Rebuilding zeromq package to fix this issue.
