Rolling users will notice a major upgrade after the most recent ‘cp cooker2rolling’. There will be over 900 packages involved. This is normal.
Users should use ‘dnf --refresh --best --allowerasing distro-sync’ command for this upgrade. If you have already run ‘dnf --refresh upgrade’ no worries just run the other command and that should pull any changes the upgrade command missed.

Can not edit Plasma desktop menu panel

After upgrading you will need to run as user ‘pkcon refresh force’ for Discover to get sorted.
