Problems with kmail and korganizer

Hello,

  • OpenMandriva Lx version: 4.1

  • Desktop environment (KDE, LXQT…): KDE

  • Description of the issue (screenshots if relevant):

kmail

i can’t add any account be it gmail or outlook
where errors appear like: the e-mail transport account has been deleted, the instance of the imap e-mail server resource has been removed

korganizer

I cannot add a gmail calendar, after I authenticate my account the calendar is not displayed in the korganizer at the same time that plasma error reports appear

Full disclosure: For undisclosed reasons I don’t use either KMail or KOrganizer.

This is a real problem. See this.

This is the closet thing I found relating to Outlook in KMail and I don’t know if it will/will not be helpful.
