Note:KDE/Plasma desktop remains the “official” desktop of OM Lx distro. The XFCE and Gnome3 ISO’s are community spins provided by the hard work of @AngryPenguin and @Colin.
The XFCE and Plasma desktop x86_64 ISO’s I have tested in VirtualBox and they boot and install and seem to work in VirtualBox. The znver1 and Gnome3 ISO’s has not been tested that I know of.
Because this bug is not yet fixed. Feel free to provide patch.

I’m leaning toward to move your comments straight away out of the discussions from now on, when not to delete them without any further warning.
I have made some significant changes to the original post. Newer Plasma ISO’s and added Gnome3 ISO to the list.
As matters have progressed with OM developers these are most likely the best current representation of what will become OM Lx 4.1 release.
