Just to report:
About a year ago I’ve reported problems with a wifi usb adapter that had just stopped working after updates:

I’ve managed to use a different wifi usb adapter (different chips) and everything was OK but recently this current wifi usb adapter begun to show a weird performance.
The old wifi usb adapter device, however, is working fine again!
Why, if anybody knows, support for this type of devices is like this?
