Workaround should be obvious:
# rpm -e --nodeps lib64lvm2cmd2.02-2.02.182-1.x86_64
# dnf install lib64lvm2cmd2.03-2.03.01-2.x86_64
And then you should be able to update wit dnf. Don’t know yet if dnf has a --nodeps type of option.
