Kernel-desktop-6.14 won't boot

No, journalctl -b -1 > journal-no-boot.txt is supposed to show the log from the last boot, but it just shows the log from the current 6.13.7, its like it doesn’t even begin to boot, it just gets stuck on loading kernel, it doesn’t even make it to the loading initial ramdisk

Did you try boot in “recovery mode”?

Yep, recovery mode and console mode, it still just gets stuck on loading kernel

I’ve found what the issue was, for some reason device-mapper was not installed, and evidently you need it in order to create an initrd.img, after installing device-mapper and reinstalling 6.13.9 it boots fine now
