Glib and pkg-config, how to install?

I need pkg-config in order to compile aqualung Compiling

for that it needs glib-2.0 but cant find it. Is it a bug? Who can help? Thanks.

$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/pkg-config
pkgconfig-0.29.1-1-omv2015.0.x86_64

file /usr/bin/pkg-config: No such file or directory

rpm -qf shows the pkg who provides the file(if installed) or you can use urpmf pkg-config.

install pkgconfig

configure: error: Package requirements (libxml-2.0) were not met:

No package ‘libxml-2.0’ found
