" .. could not find a mirror of the list $MIRRORLIST"

Since a couple of weeks ago I have had problems to update,

$ urpmi --auto-update --auto-select
ā€¦
" ā€¦ could not find a mirror of the list $MIRRORLIST"

The workaround was and still is to remove and add repositories. However, in a new day or a new boot the problem is there again.

Does anybody else has this problem? What about the solution?

mirror list is in /var/cache/urpmi/mirrors.cache. You may try to backup it with mv /var/cache/urpmi/mirrors.cache /var/cache/urpmi/mirrors.cache.bkp and retry the update.
