Cooker in VBox boots to a black screen after latest update

This morning after updating my Cooker VBox, it booted up to a black screen. Installed the same image (Build 1286 from ABF) into a second VBox and after updating that, it also booted into a black screen.

It looks like the new mesa does not work with VBox.

Bug report has been filed: https://github.com/OpenMandrivaAssociation/distribution/issues/2820

For information these are the mesa updates that broke things (note they are all library or lib packages):

ib64EGL_mesa0 x86_64 22.2.0-0.rc1.1 cooker-x86_64 113 k
lib64GLX_mesa0 x86_64 22.2.0-0.rc1.1 cooker-x86_64 167 k
lib64dri-drivers x86_64 22.2.0-0.rc1.1
lib64gbm1 x86_64 22.2.0-0.rc1.1 cooker-x86_64 32 k
lib64glapi0 x86_64 22.2.0-0.rc1.1 cooker-x86_64 38 k
lib64osmesa8 x86_64 22.2.0-0.rc1.1
lib64vdpau-drivers x86_64 22.2.0-0.rc1.1 cooker-x86_64 3.6 M
lib64xatracker2 x86_64 22.2.0-0.rc1.1 cooker-x86_64 2.2 M

The downgraded mesa package stack has been published so now if you just run sudo dnf clean all ; sudo dnf dsync they will be automatically downgraded. This should fix the problem. The downgraded packages will be version 21.1.5-1.

Was able to run dnf in Console Mode after booting.

The file version numbers that came in were 22.1.5-1 and can confirm that this fixed the issue, both VBoxes rebooted right to their login screens.

Will also update my bug report.

My thanks to all those who determined what caused it and for providing the downgraded packages to fix this.
