[cooker] Important notice related to Cooker discussions

Hello,

following the vote, and the decision that has been taken during TC meeting[1], a mailing list has been created for development discussion to ease conversations with people outside the OpenMandriva Cooker team, mainly, as well as for other practical reasons.

The list is now available from a dedicated page[2] (and several others lists may be created later)

The Cooker category[3] in forum will act as a mirroring of the cooker mailing list, hence will be read-only.
