Yes pointing out the similarities and differences between distros is to be expected.
But to point out the differences and pass judgement on one or the other is the stupid part. The differences is what makes them different. Shocking, I know. Lol.

A review that uses a blanket template then complains because one distro is not just like another is not helpful to anybody and comes off as the “reviewer” just wanting to shine a light on one distro and throw shade over another.
Yes, talk about how they are similar but then explain why they are different. Thats my point.
But most distro reviewers dont do that because they dont spend any longer 30 minutes in a distro’s live iso or on a vm before they do the review. They do little more than talk about the default installed apps and complain that the desktop isnt default. Slap a intro and outro on it and post it to YouTube so they can feed the algo on YouTube to get their viewership up and hopefully get adverts. They dont care about the distros they review. They only do them for the click bait titles and to have an endless supply of content ideas for videos.
The best thing about Linux is that literally anyone can take literally any distro and make it an extension of their being.
The ones who dont know how to do that is who distro reviews should be for.
But nobody does reviews with the audience in mind. They all start with a preconceived opinion of the distro and then quickly slap together a 10 -12 minute video with stupid blank statements and complaints.
When they should approach the production of the review as “what is the best way to present the distro in the most honest way possible.” Most of the time the dont even list the good and bad things or even the purpose, goal or mission of the distro in question.
instead they just say “Ugg, distro bad, not Fedora or Arch. Me wont use it. Ugg, You shouldnt either”. said in my best caveman voice

I hate those reviews that goes like:
Look thats the distro X it shoud be like distro Y btw they use DE 1 and should be use DE 2.
The App center have this and this buttons yet it should have other buttons.

Lol. you are correct there. But just because the masses want mindless affirmation content doesnt meant that there isnt an audience for it.
Views on a video is not a good metric as to the quality of the videos content.

My channel is in Polish. I Can manage with my let say barely acceptable English writing skills. I understand 90 to 98% of what I hear while people speaking. But… when i speak english oh God this is a disaster .

My accent is horrible and even if I have a quite large range of vocabulary at my disposal, it means noting when im try to speak. Twelve English tenses and irregular verbs. Who the fuck invent that shit. Now if you mix up sequence of tenses in English sentence, you will get one of three outcomes.
1.None will understand what the hell you are talking about.
2. They will somewhat understand you (after lots of additional explanation) but you will sound as idiot.
3. They will tell you they understand but actually they don’t. (And you still will look as idiot)
